Erst das Remake, dann eine Fortsetzung. So arbeitet Hollywood in diesen Tagen. Mal klappt das gut, mal weniger gut. So läuft es auch beim siebziger Klassiker 'The Toolbox Murders'. Das Remake von 2003 war ganz anständig und jetzt gibt es News zur Fortsetzung. Regie führt Dean Jones nach seinem eigenen Script.

Interessant wird es bei der bis jetzt bestätigten Besetzung. Hier treffen u.a. Brian Krause ('Charmed'), Jeffery Combs ('Re-Animator'), Tony Todd ('Candyman') und Lance Henriksen ('The Garden'). Jones verspricht uns ein besonders blutiges Erlebnis:
